To create an encrypted e-mail you need to buy an Personal Digital Certificate. The prices on these certificates can run from $300 to $80. I was able to find a service that can do it for $19.00 per e-mail address per year.

The Company name is GeoTrust:

Click Buy and it will install the certificate in as little as 15min.

Once installed you need to follow the installation instructions at:

I suggest you set all emails to include digital the new digital signature.

Once this is set you can send encrypted e-mails to anyone that has a digital signature as well.

Note: You can only communicate securely with people that have also set up a digital signature.

Feel free to contact me if you need help setting this up. It is quick, easy, and ensures people they are speaking to you.
