Las Vegas, NV. AWG, the Alan Waxler Group, a Las Vegas-based destination management company, recently launched a new, state-of-the-art website. AWG, known for their meeting planning abilities, special event department and transportation company featuring the signature shiny black vehicles with "AWG" lettering and coaches with "AWG- Charter Services" painted in white. The "AWG" companies started servicing the world market in 1996. Since that time they have become Las Vegas’ premiere source for meeting planning, destination services, models and talent, as well as transportation.
The website, www.awaxgrp.com, is the result of a successful collaboration among several local businesses. Leading the team was Brook Hurd from Binary I.T. Solutions, an internet technology and web solutions provider, and Leslie Caywood, creative director, from Computer Design Studios. Website video and project coordination were provided by Rob Depew of Digital Edge Video and Ursula Gruenewald of HandsOn Productions.
Binary I.T. Solutions is known for designing websites that are user-friendly. The AWG site was set up so that the employees of AWG can actually make changes to their own site after having received just three hours of instruction from Binary I.T. Solutions. Alene Waxler, Executive V. P., was charged with the task of creating the right web solution. "I wanted to work with people that could showcase everything we do and give us a dynamic presentation. Working with Brook and Leslie, and their associates, was terrific. They really delivered," said Alene.
