Binary IT Solutions, Inc. has several pre-set packages available for general monitoring of a customer's network equipment and applications. The packages are categorized by the type and use of equipment to be monitored. An initial one-time setup fee of $350* will be required per physical site at the onset of any service agreement. The customer will be required to provide Internet access.

Binary IT Solutions, Inc. provides professional management of operating systems, including all Windows, and Linux releases. This service is perfect for companies that want to manage their own applications, but not deal with the ongoing hassle of tuning, securing, and maintaining the operating system. Review event logs on server and workstations on weekly basis and ensure all are in good working order. * Will do minor repairs (Hardware and software required will be at client’s expense.)
Update server and workstations with latest security and other Microsoft patches.
Check all network connections to ensure proper server connections and permissions to shared resources.
Monitoring the server's disk usage, processor usage and load average Update all Antivirus software* and ensure all systems are virus free.

Advanced Monitoring Service Level: Includes 1 server and up to 5 workstations. ($600/month) Check all workstations for spyware* and adware* and remove. Setup data backup scheme* on server only and check backups for consistency. Includes Basic Monitoring Service level and Intermediate Monitoring Service level
Clean workstations of excess temporary internet files and cookies.
Defrag hard drives on server and all workstations to improve performance.

Network devices - firewalls, load balancer(s), routers, switches and hubs

24 Hour Emergency Service (Excluding Holidays) - $125.00 per hour
Holiday Service - $150.00 per hour plus a $250.00 holiday fee
